Bach Flower Remedies
When we feel fulfilled, happy and positive, we tend to enjoy better health. But sometimes we need help to stay in balance and move forward. That's when Flower Remedies can help. This healing method was rediscovered by Dr. Edward Bach seventy years ago through the use of English flowering plants.
These are 38 plant and flower based remedies that can help you to manage the emotional demands of everyday life. The Bach Flower Remedies work by stimulating the body's own capacity to heal itself, by balancing negative feelings, such as, fear, impatience, intolerance or depression, therefore helping you to take control, feel good about yourself, and get more out of life.
Bach International Education Programme Guatemala & El Salvador
In association with the Dr. Bach Centre, U.K. and Quinfica, Guatemala.
The Bach International Education Programme is a three-level training to teach and promote the original simple method laid down by Dr Bach. Once you have completed an approved level 3 course you are entitled to apply to join the Bach Foundation International Register of Practitioners.
Louise Rothwell, the founder of San Marcos Holistic Centre is working together with Quinfica, the distributor of the Original Bach Flower Remedies in Guatemala and El Salvador to bring the Bach International Education Programme to this area. She has been teaching approved level 1 courses since 2002 in Guatemala and together with Marielena Nuñez, the B.I.E.P. coordinator for Latin America the three level training is now available in Spanish and English in this area.
Bach Flower Remedies Level 1
Introductory Workshop
The aim of an approved level 1 course is to provide a solid foundation for all those wishing to learn about Dr Bach’s system of 38 flower remedies. It is primarily designed for people who need to understand the basics in order to use the remedies for themselves, their friends and family.
On a Level 1 course you will take an in-depth look at Dr Bach’s crisis formula and its uses, learn about each of the 38 flower remedies including case histories and practical examples. You will also be introduced to the history and philosophy of Dr Edward Bach and will learn how to use the remedies in everyday situations for yourself, friends and family.
Level 1 is a required foundation course for people who want to attend an advanced course and a practitioner training course.
Duration: 16 hours over 2 days.

Bach Flower Remedies Level 2
Advanced Workshop
This advanced level course will give you an opportunity to deepen your knowledge of Dr Edward Bach’s 38 remedies and of his philosophy of health. It is designed to help you build your confidence and provide opportunities for personal and practical use of the remedies. It looks in particular at type and mood remedies and the subtle differences between similar remedies.
Duration: 16 hours over 2 days.
Bach Flower Remedies Level 3
Practitioner Training
Level 3 is for people who want to work professionally with the remedies. It explains how to work with the system in the context of a classic Bach consultation, teaching you how to select remedies for clients in accordance with the Bach Foundation Code of Practice and in a professional setting. It will help you enhance your listening skills as well as deal with any remaining doubts about the remedies themselves.
Successful completion allows you to apply for inclusion on the Dr. Edward Bach Centre International Register of Practitioners.
Duration: An intensive 4 day course followed by 6 months of supervised home study.
